We had the opportunity to work with Todd as both a buyer and a seller.
We met Todd when we moved to Texas to buy our first home. His showing agent was courteous and informed, and when it came to actually narrow down and make offers, Todd was straightforward with his strategy around buying and made solid recommendations. Then, even if we ultimately made choices he disagreed with, Todd was an incredible advocate on our behalf and we saw zero signs to the sellers that Todd may have been misaligned with what we wanted him to represent. He represented us extremely well and got us the house and terms we were very happy with.
When it came time to sell, it was no question to go with Todd again. On the seller side, we worked much more closely and he had clear instructions about what would happen next and where money would be best invested to make a sound home that buyers could be comfortable moving into and would look nice. Todd is clearly a professional and knows exactly how to time everything and prep the home appropriately to hit the market.
We would recommend Todd 100% to everyone in the area. He has integrity, is professional, and overall just very easy to work with and easy to talk to as a human.
